− The kitchen was only really adequate for making breakfast or a snack. Not a big meal.

9.0The hotel was in a very central location and conveniently close to all public transportation. The staff were very helpful and fulfilled all the requests we made during our stay. The breakfast was also very good. We especially appreciated Susanne, who worked in the kitchen. She clearly loved what she did and personally took care of all the guests. She was always friendly, smiling, and attentive. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to stay here again.
Great location to get to all the sites in Vienna.
8.0Great location. We had a great room with a balcony and you could see St Stephen’s in the distance.
− We had requested an additional person to stay and the house keeping staff had not been told and then they said we needed to pay more than what we had been quoted for the additional person. Also the dishwasher needed to be cleaned.
