Perfect location, just short walk to the city center and the beach.

− It can be a bit noisy in the evening, as the hotel is located in a lively area with many restaurants and cafés nearby. Also, some rooms face the wall of the neighbouring building, which should be clearly communicated before the reservation is made. We initially received one of those rooms and asked to change it. Although the hotel was almost fully booked and arranging a different room was quite challenging, the staff did their best to accommodate our request. They eventually found us a much better room and compensated us for the inconvenience, which we really appreciated.

Bedbug nightmare - do not stay here!!!

My husband and I stayed here two weeks ago during our honeymoon and while in a wonderful location, it became a terrible nightmare when we woke up to bed bug bites all over our legs and my husband's back and neck. We discovered one crawling on our pillow and took a video of it before killing it. When we pulled back the sheets and checked the mattress, it clearly had been stained and had a bed bug infestation. There were stains in the corners and sides of the mattress and a large giant rip in the mattress with blood stains. The mattress was compromised and should have been thrown out!! Instead they charged almost $400 CAD a night to sleep on this mattress. The first problem was the extremely outdated carpeting and shower that did not run anything but lukewarm water, and a phone in the room that did not work. When we told front desk about the bedbug issues, they pretended to be shocked and said they had never had this issue before. The front desk called the manager who had the head of cleaning come in to check the bed. With her bare hands she was touching the mattress including all of the stained areas and dried blood. She stripped the bed aggressively and took the sheets with her. Our luggage was still open while she did this and I had to rush to close it for fear of bed bugs being thrown into them. An hour later the hotel front desk manager arrived claiming the cleaning staff didn't find any bed bugs. He was looking at the bed as if the horrible condition it was in was completely normal and sanitary. I was in complete shock as it was blatantly clear given the condition of the bed, stains and bites we showed him on both of us. We took pictures and videos as well. They advised they would move us to another room on another floor. This whole experience ruined our morning and nearly made us late to a reservation that was paid for in Eza. We had to hire a private car at over 100 euros just to get there on time. Not only did this ruin our Nice experience but also our morning. Im afraid whether we have brought bugs home with us as well. Very costly mistake to stay at this hotel. Please don't stay here unless you want to go through the same experience. I have never been exposed to or experienced bedbugs in my life and am traumatized by this.
