2.0− La atención fue pésima, pagué más de 40 euros para que mi hija durmiera en un sillón cama y la habitación estaba descuidada el aire no servía y tuvimos que estar con ventilador no pudimos dormir bien por el calor

2.0Quiero presentar una queja porque las personas de recepción no explican claramente a los huéspedes que los productos que están en la nevera son de pago. Cuando uno los consume, se lleva la sorpresa de que tiene que pagarlos. Además, hay muchísimo ruido por la noche. La primera noche no pudimos dormir debido al ruido y las molestias. Incluso tuvieron que pedir a algunos visitantes que se fueran por el exceso de ruido. Les agradecería que informaran claramente a los huéspedes sobre los productos de la nevera y que controlaran el ruido durante la noche para garantizar el descanso de los clientes.
