9.0Emplacement de l'hôtel au centre de Venise Gentillesse du personnel dont une personne parle français
− Salle de bain à refaire . Douche en pas très bon état et problème d'évacuation des eaux usées ( douche et wc). Néanmoins l'hôtel nous a mis a disposition deux nouvelles chambres immediatement lors du problème d'évacuation signalé.

10.0The location is rather convenient (once you get there) and the design is very traditional. Plus , they’ve got free coffee for guests.
− Having to do the check in in a different hotel nearby maybe . Being honest there’s nothing I disliked about it.
It was very comfortable and staff was very friendly, the city is mesmerizing and breath taking
