10.0− La tres mauvaise gestion du sinistre malgre la bonne volonté des employés à faire au mieux . Des la constations de l'incendie, la direction aurait dû demblee anticiper et se charger de trouver un autre hôtel on nous a fait vénir mons de 3h apres l'incendie en nous persuadant quil n''y avait pas d'odeur alors que les couloirs contigus empestait l'odeur de fumée. J'ai fini apres ́négociation par atterrir dans u n hôtel proche de l'aéroport où jai pu rejoindre mon lit vers 1h 1h du matin fatiguée.. tres mal dormi malgre une chambre satisfaisante. Vraiment responsables pas a la hauteur de la respoonsabîite qui leur incombe . Si j'avais accepté j'aurais dormi dans l'odeur de suie qui tapissait les escaliers et ́les couloirs ...
