9.0La ubicación es excepcional, el hotel está en pleno centro de Barcelona, muy cerca de la parada de Aerobús de Universitat, lo que resulta muy cómodo para los traslados al aeropuerto y para descubrir la ciudad. Aunque las instalaciones no son modernas,modernas están limpias. Además, el personal es muy amable y atento.

− El hotel está más viejo de lo que parece en las fotos, en la habitación solo te dejan la sábana, tuvimos que ir a pedir una colcha. El techo estaba levantado, la mampara de la ducha no llega al final, todo muy viejo y no se puede ventilar. Para colmo, un día estuvo el cartel de que podían hacer la habitación desde las 10 hasta las 16h. Lo quitamos porque nos íbamos a echar la siesta y a las 16:30 vinieron a llamar para hacer la habitación. En definitiva, pagamos por un servicio que no nos dieron.

Desastre, sucio y poca empatia.
1.0Nada, no llegaron a alojarme por su estado. Se tenian que alojar dos personas en dos habitaciones, y eran personas de compromiso. Y una noche anterior una tercera persona fue y tuvo que irse al ver la habitacion, sucia, sabanas rotas ...un desastre. La persona ademas no conocia la ciudad y tuvo que buscar otro alojamiento.
− Lo mismo:Nada, no llegaron a alojarme por su estado. Se tenian que alojar dos personas en dos habitaciones, y eran personas de compromiso. Y una noche anterior una tercera persona fue y tuvo que irse al ver la habitacion, sucia, sabanas rotas, y el baño utilizado con restos de papel ...un desastre. La persona ademas no conocia la ciudad y tuvo que buscar otro alojamiento. Y el Hotel no le hizo caso y permitió que se fuera!! Como ya habian cobrado...
