− No té aire acondicionat, pel que en nits caloroses com les d’aquest agost es feia dificil conciliar el sol. Accés amb mòbil. Va saltar el sistema i va ser una mica caòtic fins que ens varen donar targeta física.
Room is OK but very poorly managed (we got locked out for over an hour)
2.0Rooms were OK, but not worth the pain of having to deal with this hotel's platform and lack of staff.
− The whole hotel relies on an app for opening doors and communicating with members of the staff is all on Whatsapp. During our 3 night stay, there was one night where there was a system outage and we got locked out of our room and could not get in for over an hour. The staff handled this issue very poorly, ignoring messages for a while before offering to help and handling it with an attitude. My advice to Bob W is if you have a platform only access, you need to first make sure it works and secondly you need to have a proper back up plan. Our stay was made extremely unpleasent due to this and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY THERE, unless they are OK to wait an hour to get into their room on a Friday evening. Plus, no aircon in the room!
