Excellent Stay with Outstanding Staff and Cleanliness

The hotel was extremely clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. Every day, our room was cleaned and arranged so well that it felt brand new, just like the first day we arrived. The breakfast was very good and well organized, and we really appreciated the way it was served. All of the staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and always eager to help. We also loved having water, coffee, hot chocolate, and other drinks available 24 hours a day. The TV and overall room arrangement were also very good.

− The elevator was very small. Also, the room access card did not work to open the hotel entrance from outside. A few times during our stay, the concierge was away for a few minutes, so we had to wait outside behind the glass door until someone came to let us in. The wait was never very long, but it was a little inconvenient. Another thing we missed was having a mini fridge in the room. Even a very small fridge would have been useful for keeping desserts, drinks, or other food purchased outside for a day or two.

Good place.

Dithy, Ahmed et Mohammed sont trop gentils et aux petits soins. Très bon emplacement proche de tout on n'avait pas à prendre les transports. La literie est propre même si le prix reste quand-même un peu élevé pour ce que c'est.

− Petit déjeuner minimaliste et pas très varié, salle de bain un peu trop étriquée et pas de sorties de bain uniquement des serviettes. Pas de lobby dans l'hôtel ce qui déçoit quand-même.

Tavsiye edilir. Fiyat performans çok iyi.

Merkezi konumu ile her yere çok kolay ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Cadde üzerinde olmasına çok iyi bir ses yalıtımına sahipti. Çok huzurlu bir sessizilik sağlıyordu. Kahvaltısı çok güzel ve tertemiz bir oteldi. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό με 24ωρη ρεσεψιόν σε παρα πολύ κεντρικό και ωραίο σημείο που εξυπηρετεί σε περίπτωση που θέλει να χρησιμοποιήσει κανείς το τραμ, το τρένο και ψάχνει για bar, καφέ, σούπερ κλπ. Προσφέρει επίσης δωρεάν μπουκαλάκια με νερό απεριόριστα! Τέλος, σου φυλάει τις βαλίτσες αν το έχεις ανάγκη!

− Σε σχέση με αυτό που προσφέρει γενικότερα. Στο μπάνιο υπάρχουν σπασμένα πλακάκια και οι βρύσες είναι σκουριασμένες. Δεν εχει παράθυρο ουτε εξαερισμό. Η πόρτα του μπάνιου δεν μπορεί να σταθει μόνη της κλείνει και στερεώνουν τον κάδο σκουπιδιών. Αυτό έχει ως αποτέλεσμα να μυρίζει υγρασία αφού μένει μόνιμα κλειστό αν δεν βάλεις κάτι σε συνδυασμό με το οτι δεν αερίζεται από πουθενά.Όσον αφορά το πρωινό είναι φτωχό . ΔΕΝ ΕΧΕΙ ΚΑΘΟΛΟΥ ΗΧΟΜΟΝΩΣΗ σε επίπεδο που ακούς και τι συζητάνε οι δίπλα ή βήματα κλπ. Δεν έχει ψυγείο. Δεν είχε ντουλάπια μόνο 5 κρεμάστρες για τα ρούχα . Το ασανσέρ είναι μικρό, αργό και πολύ παλιό. Με το που φτανεις πληρωνεις τον φόρο και σου κρατανε και 1 ευρω απο την κάρτα επιπλέον (δεν κατάλαβα το γιατί) Πετσετα με λεκέδες απο βαφή μαλλιών μάλλον; Τα ποτήρια στο πρωινό μύριζαν αυγό και είχαν πάνω κραγιόν. Η ρεσεψιόν μυρίζει άσχημα μόνιμα. Δεν έχουν σχέση με την πραγματικότητα οι φωτο.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Loved having bottled water and coffee available each day. Room size was great, plus the balcony was lovely. The price and value was awesome!

− The bathroom was pretty small, but it worked fine for us. I'm not sure a larger person would fit. The location was convenient as far as accessing the train station, but overall I think being closer to the water would have been a little better.
