10.0The room was lovely and very spacious for our family, the members of staff are extremely helpful, all amenities including free unlimited water and coffee were great and the lobby was a great seating area. The hotel location is perfect.

10.0The people make the hotel. Julia, Yuka and Mohammed stand out for their amazing support throughout the stay but everybody else was also very helpful and nice. Service with a smile seemed to be the motto and each one went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. To add on was the central location. Close to the station for the day trips to the other cities. Restaurants and cafe options. And in the heat - the ac’s in the room worked well.
− There is nothing really not to like. Because of the heat and lack of ventilation in the area outside the rooms and stairs - the carpet was smelly but once I brought it to their attention - they immediately addressed the issue and even shampooed all the carpet area. They go out of their way to address any compliant.
