9.0The best view and hotel location within the chicago downtown. Definitely worth asking for higher floor
Did not think provided great value for price we paid
6.0Staff was amazing
− Rooms were scorching hot and cleaning staff woke us up at 8 am to clean next doors room.
Hard to imagine a better place to stay in Chi town
10.0Perfect location, great staff, completely net our jeeds
− Being across from a hideous building with a hideous name plastered on it
The stay was convienent and reasonable.
6.0The location was brilliant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. You could not hear the noise from the city.
− The room was decent but you could hear noises from other guests around . The bathroom was very small and not super comfortable . The houskeeping was average. They did not clean properly as they did not replace dirty cups and did not take the trash out .
