10.0The location was very centrale. Despite being a selk check-in the staff was very welcoming and helpful. My room was perfect size for 3days stay. The little water station at my floor helpful, genius idea !
− It feel a bit old, and furniture looking aged and used, but nothing really bad.

9.0River Hotel/Club Quarters has a beautiful view of the River Walk..it is conveniently located to easily walk to many attractions. It offers valet parking.

9.0The hotel is at the best location in Chicago! It is right across the Trump tower, the staffs are very nice and friendly, and the price is amazing if you compare it to any other hotels or Airbnb in Chicago.
− The only bad point will be poor sound proofing, you can hear any sounds outside the room. But with the location and price, I would not complain more, just wear ear plugs and it would be fine.
