Room doesn’t match the photos, mountain view is same as city view

− I would recommend to check well which room is given to you, I payed for a room with a mountain view and they gave me city view with the excuse it had a little of mountain view, but in reality it had the building in front of me. My room was 616. It was not the room it showed in the booking and I could have saved +$50 if I have chosen the regular room. When I asked about it they said the hotel was fully booked and they would not be able to change me.
