− My family and I were very disappointed with the condition of our room. We arrived late, and the room was clearly not ready for guests. It was uncleaned, featuring stained bed sheets, a used towel left behind, hair on the floor, and an empty shampoo dispenser in the shower. The front desk simply handed us clean linens, we had to change the sheets ourselves late at night. Management only offered a small compensation, which was inadequate given these conditions; a complimentary stay would have been appropriate. While the breakfast was good, it runs out quickly, leaving nothing if you do not arrive very early. Additionally, the hotel has no on-site parking, guests have to pay expensive parking elsewhere. This stay was definitely not worth the money.
