10.0Top place with amazing staff! We received a room upgrade and we were stunned about the room that was offered to us. The gentleman from the reception was so happy to see our faces when he showed us the room. Everything was well explained he suggested us a local driver to visit Etna. It was quite expensive but worth every cent. We learned so much about Sicily in these 3-4 hours. We will return and highly highly recommend this wonderful place with wonderful staff!
