3.0− They initially told us the early check-in is additional $25 USD, but then on check-out they charged us $75.00 USD- (apparently the overnight staff is not aware of) Also they have charged us $25.00 fee per night - which could have been used as a credit towards the breakfast or the bar (these fees were not disclosed upon check in). Very poor customer service.
Ac was set on 64 and the room stayed in the high 70s. Many things were broken upon my arrival. Parking was outrageous.

− Ac barely worked it was very hot. Bathroom door and curtains were broken.
