5.0Location
− The pool was dirty not able to swim in it.
Booking.com sent me to the worst place imaginable.
1.0There was nothing positive about Days Inn
− There was a 3 foot tall pile of trash outside of the office, the sidewalks were sticky and the swimming pool was dark green. The room didn’t have a coffee maker or hair dryer and there was no breakfast as advertised. The bedspread had holes and stains, no tv remote, the floor turned our socks black and there was no place to hang clothes. The toilet was elongated and the seat was round leaving a 2” gap in front of the seat. I had 2 rooms and the second room was like the first room plus the ac would come on for 5 seconds then shut off and there were cockroaches. This falls on booking.com because I booked through them and they greatly misrepresented Days Inn by Windom.
It was a really bad experience.
1.0Almost nothing. What the place offers as “breakfast” is a joke — basically just a banana and a cereal bar.
− The room was dirty and noisy, with a strange smell. It was also very hot inside, and I had to leave the door open for about an hour before going to bed just to make the room more comfortable.
Horrible
1.0Nothing
− Everything it’s was dirty , they have cucarachas everywhere and bedbugs
Creamliness , staff look like they were homeless. they actually worked for the hotel. Tv Not working
2.0The only thing that I liked about my stay were the three people that I spoke to in the front desk. On Friday chick in, went smoothly, but I did have some concerns. And on my Saturday, stay for breakfast. The front desk lady was very friendly and welcomed me.
− There was many things I am going to be sending out an email. Hopefully you can flag it down, but my stay was not a very good one. The room was disgusting. There was stains on the wall room 219. There was insufficient bath towels. cleaning staff, was not In uniform, the maintenance guy that you had there saw him passed out in the pool area He had alcohol beverages next to him. Pool area was disgusting and not clean.my overall stay was not what I paid for.
I was there for 30 minutes and knew I’d be miserable.
1.0In all honesty nothing
− It felt like a “crack motel”. Depressing, it didn’t feel safe. The room was almost passable but the windows and doors were beat up. I asked about the slimy green pool and was told it was closed. Unsightly and a health hazard. The ad, photographs and description were totally inaccurate & no mention of the pool being closed. To be charged $750.00ish for 4 nights is preposterous. With no car I wasted my first day trying to find a vacancy. Which made me very unhappy. I did find a very comfortable & clean place by evening but it cost me an additional $300! Money I hadn’t planed to spend. My decision to book my reservation here was because of the Wyndham name. Why would Wyndham Hotels degrade their brand by attaching it to a such an inferior property?
