10.0The room was large and laid out well. We had excellent sleep in a completely blacked-out, quiet room with comfortable beds and pillows. Air conditioning worked well, bathroom was well-ventilated and didn't get steamy from the shower. I appreciated the lighted magnifying mirror, as well. Staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating, and housekeeping replenished bottled water and coffee daily. We appreciated small touches like body lotion and aromatherapy oil for better sleep. Location was excellent, near Vieux-Montréal.
