− The room was old, the location was terrible (far from the centre and not in a popular place), I was served with not well cooked fish during a dinner, too expensive and too much quoted to be a 4 star hotel.

Great Spot after Late Ferry Arrival
9.0Comfortable room and bed. Excellent service at front desk. Our only regret was that we arrived on the 9:00 pm ferry from Palermo and only had one night.
− A minor detail, but breakfast staff were standing around while there were four or five tables that needed to be cleared. We were approached for our coffee order, which never arrived - the server completely forgot. It took twenty minutes to get our first coffee as the second server we asked took another 10 minutes.
