− Готель відмінив мою бронь, тому що вони хотіли щоб я їм оплатив бронювання, надсилали посилання в WhatApp, хоча при бронюванні було вказано що оплата на місці і передплата не потрібна, а готель незважаючи на це відмінив моє бронювання і я залишився без готелю. Хоча я їм написав що я вже до них їду і оплачу на місці як зазначено в бронюванні.
