The staff was helpful and friendly, good location.
6.0Friendly staff nice room. Good location. My son had gotten sick with a fever the last night we were there. The gentleman at the front reception desk was very helpful and called a doctor for us who came to the hotel.
− It was advertised as air conditioned but the air conditioner was not working. They had a portable fan set up in the room. They did offer to move us to another room the next day, but the fan helped.

• Blue parking lines outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), located approximately 3 minutes from the hotel: EUR 2.40 for the first hour, EUR 3.00 per hour from the second hour onwards. Free on weekdays from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and all day on Sundays and public holidays.
• Municipal parking facilities:
Parterre (Via del Ponte Rosso 4), approximately 10 minutes' walk from the hotel. Maximum vehicle height: 2 metres. Rate: EUR 2 per hour or EUR 15 per 24 hours.
