10.0Recepção excelente, Debora é uma pessoa simpaticissima, nos recebeu quando chegamos por whatsapp, abriu as portas remotamente, porem pela manhã nos recebeu com um café da manha maravilhoso e nos indicou diversos pontos turisticos, o hotel bem como o quarto são bem limpos e organizados, o ar condicionado ja estava aceso e o quarto muito fresco quando chegamos, fica ha 100mts do bonde e ônibus, estacionamento não há no hotel, por isso recomendo o Parcheggio Parterre, vc estaciona autonomo e paga 15€ por 24hs é um pouco afastado do hotel, mas o carro fica seguro, há estacionamentos na rua com linha azul, para quem se sentir seguro em deixar, recomendo este hotel.
− Nao gostei muito do chuveiro, mas deu-se para tomar banho tranquilamente e isso na minha opinião não interfere em nada na qualidade do serviço prestado.

Excelente Hotel calidad-precio
9.0Calidad-precio increíble, justo en la parada del tranvía q en 10 mins te deja en la estación y en el centro. Habitación amplia y personal muy atento.
− A partir de 07:30 se empezaba a escuchar algunos ruidos de platos y cubiertos desde nuestra habitación. Aparte el baño olía bastante mal.
