− Wasserdruck in der Dusche sehr gering, Glühbirnen im Bad waren kaputt, und die Wandfarbe hat auch schon bisschen gelitten

8.0The property is beautiful and well located. The bedroom was quite comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. They also offer water and croissants at the reception. The garden is beautiful and there are many places to just sit and enjoy it.
− The bathroom could be better. The shower is the typical European shower that is joined with the bathtub so it is not that good. We had an issue with the toilet. There are not many places to park in the property so you need to reserve or pak at a nearby parking connected to the hotel and you have to leave the parking aound the time of the check out. That is something important to have in mind if you plan to check out but spend the day in Nice before going somewhere else.
