9.0Heel goed gelegen hotel, vlakbij het metrostation Earl's Court en in een aangename buurt. De kamers waren helemaal in orde, het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
− Het ontbijt was redelijk, maar naar onze smaak wat te traditioneel Engels. Wat meer gezonde opties en lekkerder brood waren mooi geweest.

7.0Very clean, very well located, kind staff, very modern bathroom with lots of items for toiletry, comfortable robes provided.
− The green light on the ceiling of our room was very bright, which made sleeping difficult, and no eye mask was provided. Same with the curtains which did not block the light well. The bed sheets were not of the best quality. Difficult to stay asleep in the morning with all the surrounding noise. There was also a fire alarm going off at around 4pm, which I understand was due to a customer’s behaviour, not the hotel staff. We were asked for photo ID at our arrival but I was not notified that it would be required, which made our welcome a bit awkward. I also find it weird that the fridge was full of stuff that would have incurred a charge, had we not known not to touch it.

5.0Netter Service und gute Lage
− Zimmer 310 sehr klein, Lüftung im Bad lief die ganze Nacht, daher war es laut. Durch das offene Fenster (zum Hinterhof) drang starker Fettgeruch ins Zimmer. Keine angenehmen Nächte! Frühstück passabel.
