9.0Great location, just around the corner from Venice S. Lucia station. Really comfy beds, great shower, coffee facilities (which also provided hot water for our own tea). Complimentary shower/hand gel etc. fresh towels and room clean daily. Free lockable safe provided. Breakfast is a good European/Continental breakfast. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. I believe you can store luggage before and after check in as well - it appears to be in a room next to reception. On checking out (which we had early due to a train) we were informed that the dining room was ready and open early in case we needed it.
