Phenomenal, cozy hotel that offers everything you could wish for.
10.0I'd recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Amsterdam. This hotel not only convinces through fair pricing but also through the convenient location, a phenomenal reception area (with free tea & coffee) and spacious, clean rooms. I'd also like to highlight Nina, the receptionist. I've never been to a hotel with such a bright and understanding receptionist. Exploring the city quickly became a second priority, considering the great conversations I had with her. I will definitely book this hotel for all my future Amsterdam travels.
− The stairway going to the lower floors is quite steep so take care when you bring heavy luggage.
Not going to stay here again.
5.0Staff is lovely. Location is very convenient and quiet. Bed was fine. Reception was cosy and breakfast pretty generous and reasonable in price. Good coffee!
− This place needs serious paint job, lighting fixtures over bed are falling apart and that’s an easy fix but makes a horrible impression!!! Hangers in closet niche are garbage and hooks are coming off walls. There was not one hook in bathroom to hang their trashy towels on. At least there was an endless supply of them. This hotel not worth half the price we paid for it!

1.0De nada.
− Extrem kleine Bäder, dreckiger Boden, kein roomservice
