4.0− Awful tiny room not renovated since 1962. Uninterested and unwelcoming reception staff. Terrible lift situation. Very difficult to enter the hotel after 11pm. Ridiculously expensive. Almost felt like a scam to be honest.

1.0일부 직원은 친철했어요.
− 싱글룸에 묵었는데 변기가 고장이 나 있어서 데스크에 얘기했더니 고쳐주겠다더니 결론은 고치지 못했어요. 이런 불편사항이 발생했는데 전혀 사과도 없었고 방이 없다는 이유로 방을 바꿔주겠다는 말도 안했어요. 제가 요청하니까 겨우 다음날 바꿔줬어요. 직원이 오전/오후 교대하는데 교대 할때마나 업무 인수인계가 잘 안되더군요. 시스템 엉망이에요. 아침에 했던 얘기를 오후에 또 해야해요. 제일 최악은 거기 조식 식당에서 근무하는 남자 직원이에요. 방이 바뀌어서 제 방번호가 확인이 안됐는지 저한테 짜증을 내더라구요 그건 호텔 내부 인수인계 미흡으로 그런거잖아요. 그래서 저한테 맨 문 앞 테이블로 안내해줬어요. 다른 테이블도 많았거든요. 조금 기분이 나빠서 제가 원하는 테이블로 옮겼어요. 그 전날에는 제가 아무 테이블에나 앉았은데 아무 얘기 없었거든요. 근데 그 두번째날은 본인이 지정한 테이블에 안앉았다고 화를냈어요. 3성급 호텔에서 이게 가능한 일인가요? 그래서 테이블이 지정되어있는거냐 물었더니 지정돼있대요. 그럼 전날은 제가 어떻게 아무 테이블에나 앉을 수 있었을까요? 그리고 제 옆에 다른 분들도 처음 앉았던 자리가 맘에 안들었던지 다른 자리로 옮기는걸 봤어요. 여기서 인종차별을 느꼈어요. 이호텔 전혀 3성급 호텔 아니에요. 제가 로마관광청이나 호텔등급심사 기관에 얘기해서 등급 꼭 내릴거에요. 로마 호텔들 관광객 알아서 많이 온다고 배가 부른 것 같아요. 이런식으로 서비스 하면 안되죠. 특히 인종차별이라니.. 이런식으로 호텔 운영하다 반드시 곧 망할거에요
