10.0The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you. The pool was lovely and clean.
− A free bottle of water is the room for the night but I am being really hard pressed to find anything wrong.
Great location for exploring Sirmione and surroundings, very clean with welcoming staff.
7.0Fantastic location and really friendly front of house staff.
− Beware the rooms are small, especially for trips longer than a few days. Staff were generally fab, however in the restaurant, I witnessed a lot of new staff being dressed down by senior staff in front of customers which was very unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. Spa doesn’t open until 1pm - not ideal. Additionally, the pool bar/snake closes at 6:30pm which is a little early especially during beautiful summer evenings.
