8.0Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer waren groß und wurden auch sehr sauber gehalten. Im Restaurant konnte man schön auch auf der Terrasse draußen frühstücken oder Abend essen. Das Essen war sehr ordentlich in dem Restaurant. Die Lage war auch gut, wobei man nicht direkt mit dem Auto vorfahren kann, sondern auf einem Parkplatz außerhalb der Altstadt parken muss. Dafür gibt es aber dann zumindest für An-und Abreise einen Shuttleservice.

− Ficamos no hotel por apenas uma noite, e a experiência foi muito negativa. Ao retornarmos de um passeio ao final do dia, descobrimos que todos os cabos da televisão em nosso quarto estavam desconectados. Entramos em contato com a recepção e falamos com o Mário. Embora ele estivesse cobrindo o turno de um colega, esforçou-se sinceramente para ajudar — ligou para o colega em busca de orientações e até procurou um cabo de reposição para tentar resolver o problema. Infelizmente, não deu certo, e acabamos passando a noite sem televisão. Não foi oferecida outra solução. A pior parte aconteceu na manhã seguinte. Ao relatar o ocorrido à funcionária da recepção, ela demonstrou total falta de empatia e profissionalismo, afirmando — literalmente — que "até em casa um fio pode quebrar". Achei essa atitude extremamente grosseira e totalmente inadequada para um ambiente de hotelaria. Diante do atendimento péssimo dessa funcionária e do total descaso com o hóspede, não recomendaria este hotel aos meus amigos.
