2.0room very old facilities, nothing served after breakfast, even I paid almost 600 euro per night
− the hotel too old for the payment I made
Schöner Kurzurlaub
7.0gute Lage. U Bahn Station in der Nähe. Stadtmitte schnell erreichbar.
Guest review
1.0− A very disappointing stay ! Unfortunately, our stay was far from what we expected. The room was extremely small, to the point where it was difficult to move around comfortably. The bathroom was even worse: extremely cramped, with a poorly positioned toilet that made it very uncomfortable to use. There was neither air conditioning nor heating, and we were freezing during the night. On top of that, the welcome was very disappointing. William, the person who greeted us, was not welcoming or friendly at all. He seemed irritated, showed no smile, and made us feel uncomfortable rather than welcome. Overall, the room lacked basic comfort, and the poor welcome made the experience even worse. We would not choose to stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Milan.

8.0We only stayed for one night, and it perfectly met our expectations. The check-in process was very fast, which is greatly appreciated when you are traveling for just one day. The receptionist's service was excellent, especially the recommendation for parking our car. 100% recommended!
