− The AC barely worked and in the august heat, this becomes very problematic in a double room. The mini fridges didnt work.
Séjour extrêmement décevant, au point de partir dès le premier jour.
2.0− Nous avions réservé pour deux nuits, mais nous avons finalement quitté l’hôtel dès le premier jour tellement les conditions étaient déplorables. La propreté est tout simplement inacceptable : chambre sale, salle de bain dégoûtante, literie qui ne semblait pas propre et équipements qui fonctionnaient à peine. Nous n’avons pratiquement bénéficié d’aucun service digne de ce nom. Même le mini-bar était quasiment vide : il y avait seulement un morceau de chocolat avec du kirsch, ce qui est d’autant plus absurde lorsqu’on voyage avec un enfant de 10 ans. Concernant la restauration, nous nous sommes retrouvés à devoir courir dans Milan vers 22h pour trouver quelque chose à manger. Ce n’est absolument pas ce que nous attendions d’un hôtel. Nous sommes donc partis dès le premier jour, en abandonnant les deux nuits prévues. Une expérience très décevante et que nous ne souhaitons absolument pas renouveler.
