3.0− Die Fussleisten sind abgefault, die Toilette schräg, der Stöpsel im Badezimmer hat sich nicht heben lassen, so dass das Wasser nicht abgeflossen ist. Es hat Schimmel im Badezimmer.
It was adequate
6.0Friendly staff, who tried to help but could not always do so - see comments below. The location is close to central station and to metro and tram lines into town. The air con worked.
− Wifi in our top floor room did not work. The staff gave me three different networks to try but none of them had a persistent signal. Fortunately I have roaming data included on my phone, which I was able to use as a hotspot for my wife's phone and my laptop. Very little room to hang clothes in our room. Bathroom with a glass door had a bright mirror light that could not be turned off, and a motion sensitive ceiling light that came on automatically when entering the room. The lights disturbed our sleep. Even on the seventh floor street noise (particularly from trams) was intrusive. Breakfast was rather limited compared to other hotels we stayed at. Poor for the price. When I asked for cereal bowls the restaurant staff said to me "here is one bowl. There are only two bowls in the whole hotel. They have been on order for a year. What a hotel!" Although the location was convenient it felt a bit seedy and run down.
