Started well, ended badly.
3.0− Disappointing that anno 2026 items with low value (a 4-year-old Apple Watch) can still be targets for hotel staff to steal. So, good advice is to keep low-value items with you when you leave the room. Response from hotel staff/reception was below expectations on this matter. Made the general feeling of this stay very low. I'm travelling alot worldwide, and I can't recall such a bad experience in a very long time. Hope the management takes the right action and removes the staff from the payroll asap. Was my first booking with this hotel, and also my last one. Next visit, I will look for a hotel that doesn't have reviews about theft by hotel staff. PS: I'm still happy to collect the watch from the staff if they feel remorse from their action.
