Struggling with the elevators and being overcharged
7.0Excellent location, good overall facilities.
− Elevator capacity is insufficient simply. There are 2 small lifts for 2000 people in peak, so you have to wait 15-20 minutes sometimes to get in. Also they’ve overcharged us with more than 1k USD and never came back to us with any kind of resolution despite all the promises.

9.0Zimmer im 25. Stock mit schöner Aussicht bis zum Hudson River. 2 Queen Betten, die sehr bequem waren. USB Stecker zum Handy laden auf dem Nachtkästchen. Klimaanlage individuell einzustellen. Das Zimmer war klein, kein Schrank, nur eine Kleiderstange. Koffer hatte kaum Platz. Es gab auch ein Bügeleisen mit Büglbrett. . Bad war groß mit schöner Dusche, Wc, Waschtisch und Föhn In Room Kaffemaschine mit Lavazza Kaffee, Wasserflasche Beim Check in haben wir Cookies und Schokolade bekommen
