I forgot a bag if things there and the responsiveness of the woman who helped me to get them back could not be exceeded.
9.0The hotel is within walking distance of both a Trader Joe’s and a Whole Foods, not to mention the Bean and the Field Museum.
− I ended up right beside the elevator and it was LOUD. That didn’t happen on my first time there so I’ll be more careful next time.

10.0Esperienza ottima all’hotel Felix, abbiamo alloggiato in una camera queen che era dotata di tutto il necessario! Una sera abbiamo portato in camera degli avanzi della cena e lo staff è stato così cordiale da fornirci un mini frigorifero in camera. Servizio eccellente!

− Bananas offered only one day, the urban tax fee which of course began before my stay. 26.00 daily for ?? 100.00 pet fee for my under 6 lb Malchi is a bit much 🤦♀️ construction in lobby area made it difficult maneuvering.
