9.0Eine hervorragende Adresse, um Wien mit der Familie zu entdecken. Wir haben drei sehr angenehme Nächte in diesem eleganten und stilvollen Hotel verbracht. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Innenstadt bequem zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Zimmer bieten außergewöhnlichen Komfort mit hochwertigen Betten und einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Das Frühstück verdient eine besondere Erwähnung: Es gehört zweifellos zu den besten, die wir auf unseren Reisen genießen durften. Die große Auswahl und die Qualität der angebotenen Produkte sind beeindruckend. Der Valet-Parking-Service rundet das Gesamterlebnis perfekt ab. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
− Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt betraf zunächst die Preisgestaltung der Zimmer inklusive Frühstück. Dieses Missverständnis wurde jedoch umgehend und sehr professionell vom Hotelteam geklärt, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.
