− Hotel informował, że klimatyzację mają nie działającą. Ale trafilismy na falę upałów i rzeczywiście ciężko było wytrzymać w taki upał. Hotel zorganizował wentylator do pokoju i było nieco lepiej 😁.

− Pas de climatisation sous cette canicule J’ai du bataillé pour avoir un ventilateur ou Clim d’appoint La chaleur insupportable dans les chambres, salle de petit dej pareil. Impossible de faire une sieste, sortir est mieux Échange avec le personnel ça perdure cette situation de sans Clim pour un Mercure vraiment heuuuuu à revoir Et le personnel qui regarde la tête ou la couleur des personnes pour donner le ventilateur mdr à revoir vraiment c’est limite.

The air conditioning was not working, and although a portable cooler was provided, it was not sufficient, especially in the warm weather. The breakfast was also very poor, with limited choice and quality. Overall, the facilities and service did not feel like those of a 4-star hotel.
