− Ascensore rotto per tutto il soggiorno (di tre notti) abbiamo dovuto sollevare le valigie di oltre 20 kg per arrivare alla nostra camera al terzo piano. Non hanno neanche avvertito del problema

− The Lift being out of action during our stay. Also the Air conditioning dripping water all the time.

5.0Die Lage des Hotels ist top. Man ist mitten in der Stadt und fußläufig schnell an den wichtigsten Attraktivitäten.
− Der Fahrstuhl war während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes (vier Tage) defekt. Mit schweren Koffern sehr ungünstig. Zum Glück waren wir nur im zweiten Stock einquartiert. Hilfe beim hochschleppen wurde nur zurückhaltend angeboten. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht gut und war ständig unterbrochen. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war mittelmäßig, dafür der Preis (Festival Woche) extrem überteuert, insgesamt eine Unverschämtheit.
