Ultimate comfort
10.0The hotel it self was high quality comfort and overall standards
− Honestly my stay was convenient for my needs
Guest review
8.0The staff were great, very accomdating and very friendly. They make you feel like family especially Chaima and Pamela from the Market and Ismaeel from reception. The bedroom was spacious and clean.
− I was a bit disappointed with the overall upkeep of the bathroom as this is a five star hotel. The wear and tear had taken it's toil. The tiles were chipped was there was grime on the shower tiles. The position of the bidet hand spray was placed in an awkward position so you would basically have to be a contortionist to use it.
Perfeita.
Recomendo demais. Voltarei.

Lovely Hotel
10.0The check-in process was efficient and seamless, and I greatly appreciated the lovely room upgrade. The breakfast was enjoyable and of high quality. They were also kind enough to provide us with a late check-out.
− My only suggestion for improvement is to add an automatic temperature setting to the air conditioning system to prevent it from running continuously.
