Perfect Location
10.0Because we were already in Boston & just changing hotels for our last two nights, our room was ready when we arrived. The location was perfect for walking to the harbor and along Seaport with a lot of the attractions nearby. Our room was perfect, the soaking bathtub was just what we needed after a long day of walking. A few minor concerns (remote control battery needed replacing but the front desk staff had someone from engineering bring a replacement immediately, and it appeared that the mini bar was not restocked prior to our arrival but we were able to clear that up with the front desk staff).
− Offering coffee or water in the lobby would have been a nice amenity.
Highly recommended for anyone staying on Boston, perfect location, comfortable accommodations, attentive staff.
9.0Location was perfect and the view from our 11th floor room was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and comfortable.
