Very load AC
4.0This hotel delivered the worst sleep experience I’ve ever had. The AC unit was so loud it felt like a generator running next to the bed, and the front desk’s “solution” was to turn it off — in 80°F weather. The walls were so thin that we could hear every word from the neighboring room.Breakfast was a collection of ultra‑processed, sugary items with nothing fresh. No water, no juice — just the kind of food that keeps America unhealthy. For a three‑star hotel, all we expected was a quiet room and a normal night’s sleep. Instead, we stayed awake for two nights. If you need rest, choose another hotel.
Hang on we’ll get to you…
2.0When you want to check in you want to check in, you do not want to hang around while one assistant checks in people as if they are on a union go slow. Never z as gain
Great place
10.0It is a great hotel with very friendly staff clean nice and functional rooms.
Elevator was disaster
6.0The frontdesk staff were very polite, helpful and accommodating. The location is really good, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and a Starbucks just across the street. Our room was clean, but the bedsheets were worn out and had holes. Housekeeping was not done automatically every day, so we had to request it each time. Our sheets were not changed for our 6nights stay. The cleaners also often forgot to leave a bathroom floor rug. The elevator situation was a disaster. Only one elevator was working for a 22-floor building, so we usually had to wait 15–30 minutes, with long lines forming in the lobby. Guests and housekeeping staff with their carts were also using the same elevator, which made it even more crowded and inconvenient. Breakfast was disappointing as well. There were no bacon or sausages served, and there was even a time when they ran out of yogurt. Free coffee, tea and hot choco ar the lobby for 24hrs. We can consider using this hotel if only the other elevator is already working.
Believe it or not the stained sheets are last on the list.
2.0ZERO STARS - Safety Hazard and Total Disrespect for Guests If you value your time, safety, or basic human decency, do not book a room here. * Check-in Disaster: Official check-in was 3:00 PM. Our room wasn’t ready until after 4:30 PM. * The "Hallway Experience": We were forced to wait in a cramped hallway, literally sitting on the floor next to piles of dirty laundry while housekeeping worked around us. * Physical Hazard & Disrespect: It got worse. A housekeeper aggressively shoved her way past us to cram her cart items into the elevator. In the process, she knocked over a pile of mops and broom handles, which fell directly onto me. No apology, no care. * Broken Infrastructure: The hotel is operating on only one semi-working elevator, which staff monopolize with laundry piles while guests are trapped waiting. * Insulting Compensation: Management's grand gesture for a 1.5-hour delay, making us sit in laundry, and getting hit by cleaning equipment? A voucher for 4 free Cokes at the hotel convenience store. Keep the sodas; fix your toxic operation.
Good for Group Stays
8.0We had a good experience working with Chevelle for our large group — we especially enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, great location, and comfy pillows!
