6.0It was a great location very close to attractions and restaurant was really good.
− Our t.v had bad cable connection kept going in and out about every 20-30 seconds couldn’t watch a full tv show. No microwave in room. Did not like the fact we had to pay for parking garage daily. For the price I had to pay it wasn’t worth it.

− The hotel is old. Staff customer service was okay.
It was acceptable, but I probably would not stay there again.
6.0The property is in a good location, the rooms were large and clean. The hotel is just pretty old. The ceilings are low, it’s dark, the colors are brown, and it just comes across as needing an update. Staff was great very friendly.
− The property is super close to the highway so you have highway noise, sirens, all day and night. It lightens up in the night but always there. The hotel is dark and comes across as outdated. The hotel gym was small, dark with low ceilings and not a place I wanted to spend time in. I went outside for a walk instead.
Uncomfortable and tired, this stay was nowhere near worth $400

− Elevators not working causing long waits. Older property in need of a refurb- flickering lights in room, doors no longer able to be closed internally, lumpy old pillows

− The beds were too soft. We had 4 people in a twin room and we always had to ask for extra towels since they only gave us 2
