− A little run down and somewhat dirty
Uncomfortable and tired, this stay was nowhere near worth $400
2.0The location is in a cool neighbourhood but it’s right on the noisy highway
− Elevators not working causing long waits. Older property in need of a refurb- flickering lights in room, doors no longer able to be closed internally, lumpy old pillows
Good location but expensive for what it was.
6.0The area, it was close to Fulton market. The gym was pretty good and they cleaned our room each day.
− The beds were too soft. We had 4 people in a twin room and we always had to ask for extra towels since they only gave us 2

− The hallways in the elevator smelled like marijuana for no smoking hotel. He sure smelled marijuana a lot, and we don’t like that smell.
