− 我提前一天下午告知前台，希望第二天我早上离开的时候帮我打包早餐带走，我要赶火车，但是前台没有提供帮助，他说我要在当天吃早餐的时候给早餐处工作人员讲。但当时是下午了，我无法见到早餐处员工，前台不愿意给早餐处的员工沟通。我付的早餐费等于白付了，是酒店占了我便宜。

10.0Camera pulitissima, arredi nuovi. Bagnk perfetto. Biancheria nuova e pulita. La posizione è eccellente, si raggiunge il centro in 5 minuti. Il garage sotterraneo (19 euro) è collegato con passaggio interno. Ci siamo pentiti di non aver fatto colazione il tunnel
