10.0I had a wonderful stay at this four-star hotel in Vienna. The location was excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, and places of interest within easy walking distance, so we hardly needed to use public transportation. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the customer service was excellent throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I would also like to give special thanks to the two lovely ladies who cleaned our room. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and hardworking, and they cleaned our room beautifully and very efficiently every day. The breakfast was excellent as well, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, everything was great, and we had a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
