6.0The ease of checking in. The spacious room and views across London.
− The room we stayed in had damage that would pose issues for older couples including uneven floor tiles in the bathroom. We were told when we checked in that we had been upgraded to a penthouse suite. Signed paperwork and then when we came to check in they hadn't upgraded us to this room. Also the room had not been set up for children staying with us. We had discussed this requirement before we checked in.
