8.0The staff at the hotel were were extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived before the usual check in time but Elina very kindly rang housekeeping to see when our room would be ready and arranged for it to be ready as soon as possible. We sat and had a drink at the bar and she came over to let us know when we could go up to the room. Great service! Christian at reception and the barman who served us( sorry I forgot his name)and recommended local restaurants were also very nice. Very comfortable room, quiet, spacious( huge bathroom!) and great air conditioning.. very much needed in August in Milan!
− Loved everything about the property but not particularly keen on the area it was in. It was easy enough though to access the sights/restaurants in the city centre by public transport/ Uber.
