− had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The host was incredibly kind and supportive — he even called me the day before my arrival when I had an issue with my credit card, and personally held the booking for me so I could pay on arrival. Throughout my stay, he was always available, helped with local sightseeing guidance, and even offered a complimentary lunch, which was a lovely gesture. The property itself is very good, with excellent facilities including a steam and sauna room that made the stay even more relaxing. The staff were also extremely helpful and polite every day, making us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, this is a wonderful place with an outstanding host and a team that truly cares about guests. Highly recommended.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and relaxing, making our stay truly enjoyable. Thanks for you all especially Charbel and Daniela. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with a great variety of delicious and fresh options. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness to the atmosphere and the excellent service. Highly recommended! We would definitely come back again.
