9.0La situation .le côté très pratique de la chambre
− Rizn
Pleasant accommodation in a nice neighbourhood. Felt like a local rather than a tourist.
7.0Unexpectedly, had a friend join me for my stay in Nice and they were able to accommodate both of us. Just had to pay the extra City Tax. It was in a pleasant and quiet location, easily accessible to public transportation, including the main train station, although a bit of a walk, not problematic. A nice leisurely walk down to the Promenade des Anglais. Several grocery stores nearby which helped save on cost of eating out as able to prepare meals in the apartment. Kitchenette was well stocked with utensils, although a little light on cleaning supplies. Overall, it was pleasant.
− I was surprised that the property expected you to dispose of your rubbish bins yourself before you departed. I can understand having to clean the kitchen and dishes but having to take your rubbish out to the commercial bins was a rather odd requirement. The dishwashing liquid provided was small and weak and certainly not enough for a 5 night stay. These are little things which didn't affect the overall stay but a little inconvenient at the time.
Es war okay!
7.0Die zentrale Lage
− kein internationales TV . Handtücher nur alle 8 Tage
It’s a great place to stay I woukd say overall!!
8.0The location is awesome, walking distance from promenade des Anglais, the main train station, restaurants, nearby and all else you can find in a city centre. In addition the staff were very nice and talkative. Medina was kind enough to offer me another better room which suited my needs. Great staff!!
− They could do a better job and install curtains in the bathrooms. The building is older so it’s a working progress which I am sure will be terrific in years to come. But it’s a good deal overall.
