7.0The customer service was overall good. Everyone was really nice and I do feel like they wanted me to feel welcome there. The breakfast and the dinner were AMAZING. The quality of the food and drinks were great too and they resolved my issue at the end of my stay very nicely so I appreciated that. I also liked that you got a pass to free beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach across the street. Very close to the airport.
− There was elevator maintenance going on the days I was there and it was VERY loud and disturbing. There was no notice and the noise was so loud I had to complain. The room was also smaller than the pictures showed and housekeeping didn't do their best because there was hair and trash still left in my room. They also were in my room past 3pm after I had been gone all day which is unacceptable because I had to sit around and wait for them to be finished to go in and shower and use the bathroom. There was no patio, no robe, no airport shuttle (they called a cab that I had to pay for) there was no gym or spa. Everything is under construction so I feel like I paid for much more than I got.

9.0Чудове розташування. Вибирали для відпочинку на ніч перед вильотом - за близькість до аеропорту , близькість до пляжу/моря, комплекс послуг , які пропонуються. Погодили ранній заїзд. Після чек-ауту можна було залишитись до вечора на території, користуватись басейном, відвідувати ресторан. Територія акуратна , дуже красива, зелена, з квітами. Літаки майже не було чути. Кімната невелика, але ванна достатньо простора, сучасна. Підготували пакунок із сніданком з собою, т.щ. був ранній виліт у одного з подорожуючих. Якщо запланувати відвідування Катанії, то поруч є зупинка автобуса. Та й на таксі - недорого. Пляж - піщаний широкий. Вхід в море - пологий, дуже довго йти через мілину. але були великі хвилі, не вийшло покупатись.
− Якщо потрібно рано лягати, то потрібно просити номери з видом на сад, а не басейн. Т.щ. гості в барі можуть гучно розмовляти . Але некритично.

9.0Ļoti atsaucīgs un draudzīgs personāls. Liels paldies par ātrāk sagatavoto viesnīcas numuriņu un iespēju. Liels pluss, ka vienīcai ir sadarbība ar vietējo pludmales vietu un bezmaksas ir iespēja saņemt zvilņus ar lietussargu. Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta, pastaigas garumā ir daudz sabiedriskie transporti, kas ved uz centru.
− Skaņas izolācija varēja būt labāka.
