A good layover stay, will stay again.
9.0I was very happy that they have an airport shuttle, though their explanation of where to find it was wrong (door number) but I found it in the end. Really good service. The room was clean and a very good size. I was very happy to have a bath in the bathroom, it was small but so often you don't get a bath unless spending significantly more. Breakfast was nice, staff were so lovely and friendly and helpful. I have to travel via Madrid for connections quite often and this will always be my top choice.
− The gym was funny. Seemed to be basically one machine (that looked broken) and two sets of dumbbells. I'd expect more. It was a large room / corridor so plenty of space and needs AC.
